L'Institut Confucius d'Artois invité à la Journée Portes Ouvertes du Lycée Saint-Paul de Lens

Le 1er mars, heure locale, le lycée Saint-Paul de Lens a organisé, comme prévu, une journée portes ouvertes. Chen Yunyun, professeur de chinois à l'Institut Confucius a été invitée à jouer du Pipa. L'événement a duré 4 heures et a réuni plus de 200 personnels, élèves et parents d'élèves.

 


The full name of Saint-Paul High School is Saint-Paul Private Comprehensive High School. The school not only offers professional courses with diverse contents such as art, politics, and business, but also stands out in high school education through the teaching of modern languages. The school hold the open day every year for the visit of students and parents, in order to help them learn more about the teaching and school life.

The Chinese exhibition booth was in the school's largest activity room. The local Chinese teacher Mrs. Wang and students posted Chinese maps, New Year paintings and paper-cut works on the wall one day in advance, and hung up brand new Chinese knots. In the classroom, the long Chinese exhibition booth was filled with a variety of Chinese teaching materials, Chinese character copybooks, kites, key chains and jewelry boxes with Chinese elements, etc. Visitors started from the Chinese corner with the sound of traditional Chinese music. While visiting, they listened to the teachers and students introduce China and Chinese. Finally, they stopped and appreciated the Chinese musical instruments on the other side. After the performance, Miss Chen introduced Pipa and traditional Chinese music to them.

This is the first time that the Confucius Institute of Artois has participated in the Open Day of Saint-Paul High School. The school principal and Chinese teachers expressed their gratitude for the support of the Confucius Institute. They were looking forward to more Chinese cultural activities from the Confucius Institute appearing the Open Day.
